Is it better to go to sleep right after you come home from classes to wake up refreshed to do the homework, or is it better to get done with homework first and then sleep until the morning?

Best Answer :

if you go to sleep right away you wake up refreshed and ready to work, on the other hand, some people have a hard time getting started on their work right after waking up, in which case, working right when you get home from school is the best option for you. the only disadvantage is that some people get tired after school and can’t really do their best work. on the plus side, getting your homework out of the way makes for a good night’s sleep, no nagging unfinished tasks to worry about as you try to go to sleep. try both and see which one works best for you. I prefer to work and then sleep as you can probably tell.

other answer:

i think its better to do the homework first. then you can go to sleep without having to worry. anyway, most people do their homework first.

If you go to sleep first, and when its time to wake up, you’ll feel unhappy that you have to do your homework. And thinking about your unfinished homework will keep you up.

Hm. I’d say take a little nap so that you’re refreshed and you can actually pay attention to the homework. But just start going to sleep earlier so that when you get home you don’t need to take a nap. If you work or you just can’t sleep early then, like I said, take a nap. But not a long one!

What I’ve learned from experience is that if I do homework first I don’t have to worry about to later. Also, if u take nap during the day, u won’t be able to sleep at your normal sleep hours

Sleep until the morning – if you go to sleep before you would be really tired wen you wake up wont you! x

completely up to you but I would say homework then sleep

i weigh 160 but have a flabby stomach.i run a lot and am in weight training. i have big strong arms and legs, im small but i want to be smaller.please help.

Best Answer :

replace everything you drink with WATER (keepz your skin healthy looking at the sameee time! and it has no calories!)

eat in smaller plates…this helped me! and try to eat lots of FRUITS! (you can cut/slice your fruits in small pieces to make it seem like alot this way you spend most of your time eating it)

kill your craves b keeping yourself busyy (i paint my nails when im tempted to eat junk food)

control your eating i told myself if i see something i want to eat but its over 200 calories im NOT eating it then i replace it with a better option like a big bowl of fruit salad (that really fills me up!)

hit the GYM or just try to WALK every where you go around your neighborhood)

GIVE YOURSELF A GOAL WEIGHT start at like loosing 5lb and when you do give yourself another challenge at loosing 10lb

most importantly keep yourself eating as long as it small low in carbs and cal. you can do it even by eating a fruit every 2hrs. trust me i wus 126 and set my goal to being 115lb in 2 weeks and i did (moslty by wlking to school and work every day and not drinking soda for like 5 yrs now) and im only 17
hoped i helped…good luck!

other answer one:

Continue what you’re doing at the moment and eat a balenced diet.
..and try to stay off the more fattening foods.
My nan is fat and she uses this thing called a slim fast that makes her feel full but doesn’t have much calories on it.
try finding food like that..

other answer two:

Do piliates it works your core and is super fun and then cut out breads pastas and junk food. Stick to water and lots of veggies! I know it works i had a baby 4 months ago and well my stomach is as flat as they come!

I have a bad cold for 3 days. I found I cannot hear .My ear is plugged .What is the reason?HOw can i do? why?

Best Answer :

What is the reason than causes it?
Plugged ears is most often due to cold or allergies. It is usually a moderate temporary problem and don’t need any treatment. Some people have severe symptoms or symptoms may last for a long time. They should have the problem evaluated by their doctor.
You may want to know some about your ear. The The eustachian tubes connect your middle ears to the back of your nose. The air pressure in your middle ear usually is the same as that in your outer ear. When you swallow or yawn, your eustachian tubes normally open and allow air to flow into or out of your middle ear, equalizing the pressure.

When you have a cold, our eustachian tube is obstructed and have a bad function. The air pressure in your middle ear can’t be as same as the pressure in your outer ear. In this situation, your eardrum can’t vibrate normally, so sounds are muffled. Additionally, you may have ear pain.also have ear pain.
How to heal it?
1.Oral decongestants, nasal spray antihistamines and topical nasal steroids may help.
2.Home remedie:You can also try to forcibly open your eustachian tube . Take a deep breath and try to blow out while pinching your nostrils closed and close your mouth. If you feel a popping noise, congrats, you have succeeded.

i am a guy who likes to play alot of video games and i was wondering if world of warcraft was any good of if it was to complicated?

Answer:

I can’t tell you what you will enjoy but I can tell you that there is a free 14 day trial which you can download from wow.com. If you’re curious just give the trial a go and decide for yourself whether you dig it or not.

So they will sit here and read questions all day lol. Seriously though, Wow Is a lot of fun but also time consuming. My wife and I both play together so not only does It help us socialize with friends but also saves us a lot of money. As far as is it any good that just depends on what your looking for in a game.

If you wanna waste your money on the worlds most boring life wasting game, id say go for it.

if you play it, your life will have no meaning.

depending if it needs stitches or not. disenfect with a cotton swab with peroxide immediately to prevent infection. keep the lid off eyeball as you apply peroxide. then with eyelid held in place after holding for 30 seconds for peroxide to work *this is difficult dog will want to squirm* wash away with several passes of lukewarm water. repeat this step no more than twice a day for 1 to 3 days depending on severity of injury. use neosporin to treat the wound. place small band aid on eye. if this is enough to irritate the dog to want to rip it off . if your dog is really mellow you can bandage the eye shut so as not to move and wrap bandage around the head, and remove bandage once a day to clean , rinse, and re neosporine the wound with a fresh bandaid until fully healed. if this doesnt work , you would need to make a large funnel to keep dog from gaining access to eyes with paw. dog will not like this. you may also be able to take to the animal shelter where they can give you a look at the dog for a discount if youre short on cash, or just wait for someone outside the shelter to come by thats walking into work and ask if they could please have a quick look and they can decide if further medical treatment is needed. they wont refuse an injured animal and can bill you later at an animal shelter.

You should not keep animals if you are not willing to take them to receive veterinary treatment. Specially when you are asking people online who may not have the proper training, and cannot properly ascess the injury. Take the animal to the vet.

That is a valid point but $700 to $900 for stitches is totally unreasonable…. I think there needs to be Vetcare reform as well..It is horrendous the the charges that are charged, and yes I know there is Vet insurance but that is outrageous as well if available. If opportunity allows (not after regular hours and an emergency) call around and get the price that you can afford 2nd opinions are valuable here as well. Unfourtunatly Vets are not good about posting the fees they charge so you have to do the leg work so you are not taken advantage of.
